How To Install 

Install lasdcaprice folder to update/x64/dlcpacks/

Install the carcols.ymt to update/update.rpf/x64/data

Add “<Item>dlcpacks:lasdcaprice</Item>” to the bottom of the list within the dlclist.xml file.
