1. Copy the folder inside the archive to this path mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/

2.Go to modsupdateupdate.rpfcommondata
Open the file dlclist.xml with any text editor,
Add the following line to the end EXACTLY like the other lines:

dlcpacks:/bug300ss/

3. Save and Done, use any trainer to spawn the car
