2021 MODERN MANSION 1.0

Hey! This is my first map that I’m sharing. Wish I knew how to make MLOs but this is the best I could do. Maybe someone can remake this as MLO?
Anyways, Please make sure to install ALL requirements!

REQUIREMENTS:
– Menyoo Mod Menu/Object Spooner
– OpenIV
– Map Builder
– Map Editor

– VG Prop Pack v2.0 [Add-On]
– Custom Props Add-On

More Props: – Add this folder to your DLCPACKS folder = Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacksmoreprops , then add this line dlcpacks:/moreprops/ to your DLCLIST

INSTALLATION:
Place “21MODERNMANSION” folder in modsupdatex64dlcpacks

Add this line to your DLC list: dlcpacks:21MODERNMANSION
DLC list location: modsupdateupdate.rpfcommondata

Place “21MODERNMANSIONX” file in the root of your GTA 5 game folder : C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto V (or wherever your game is located)
When you load in the game, with MAP EDITOR load this file at Michael’s house! If you don’t you could be missing some objects! (plants, sinks, few other things that don’t load in YMAP).
Also your vehicles will fall through the garage and the front area! So make sure you load this in front of Michael’s house.
OR – you can put this file in Autoloadmaps folder in scripts folder, just make sure when you load in the game that you are at Michael’s house
(you can save the game in front of Michael’s house, then every time you load in the game it will load automatically.)

Note – This is a BIG file so I hope it doesn’t crash your game! YOU MIGHT NEED A REALLY GOOD SYSTEM TO USE THIS HOUSE.

formal dining area, Entertainment floor with movie theater, bar, pool table, single lane bowling alley. Gym.
Office, Sorry, only 1 Master suite, Total of 4 bathrooms, Several outside seating areas with fire pits, Outdoor living room,
Outdoor BBQ kitchen and dining area, huge pool & jacuzzi, Amazing views. Enjoy!

P.S. – Some of the sitting areas randomly spawns peds. Also – some of the textures in the screen shots are custom so yours will be different, but most are original.
I actually built this house with the custom textures so I actually don’t even know how the house looks with original textures. But i hope it still looks good. ??

VERSION 2.0 – FINAL (Reached object limit!) : I guess this is actually done, the game won’t let me add anymore objects…

– Put back original texture for podium flooring in entertainment room.

Version 1.9 : FINAL ( We have it all! )
– Added Private club and Recording studio. ( Rooftop )
– Added more details.
– Updated some textures.
– INPORTANT! Updated ” 21MODERNMANSIONX.xml ” file. Make sure to replace the old one with this one! (Also included AutoloadMaps folder)
– You can now load in the game anywhere ( not just at Michael’s house )

– Included custom textures in DLC
– Added more details.
– Updated 21MODERNMANSIONX.xml file (more details). Always make sure to load this file at Michael’s house! OR if you put this in Autoloadmaps folder (in scripts folder) load in the game at Michael’s house!
