About Extra Rails

These are the most important features of the new items.

Locking Rail

Keeps the cart on it in place until it gets a Redstone signal

Direction Rail

Works as the Golden Rail but only pushes the carts in the direction that it faces

Teleporting Rail

Teleports minecarts on it to the same rail that it links

To connect these types, please right-click on them to open the GUI! Utilize the three-color selectors to collect a frequency for the rail.

Carry out a similar way for the other TRs and minecarts to instantly move back and forth

Comparator Rail

Outputs the Redstone level of the vehicle on it

Wooden Rail

Its function is identical to the normal rails. However, it can limit the means’ speed to 50% of the vanilla speed (0.2).

Extra Rails mod is good for energy, fluid, items, and player transport. It requires Minecraft Forge.

How to install Extra Rails Mod

• You have already installed Minecraft Forge.
• Locate the Minecraft application folder.
• On windows open Run from the start menu > type %appdata% > click Run.
• On mac open finder, hold down ALT > click Go then Library in the top menu bar.
• Open the folder Application Support > look for Minecraft.
• Place the mod you have just Extra Rails Mod downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
• When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the  is installed.
