No Nether Portals Mod 1.12.2 turns off the crafting of portals that lead players to the Nether dimension in Minecraft.

As you know, there are plenty of dimensions for you to explore in the game, especially the Nether. To reach this dimension, players have to craft a special portal. This portal will teleport players directly into the dimension for their exploration. The portal functions as a gateway that connects two different dimensions. So, you will find it easy to travel between the Overworld and Nether dimensions. After your exploration, you can also use this portal to return to your main dimension. The way you make this gateway is quite simple when it requires some common corner blocks. Hence, players can craft them as much as they want. However, crafting too many portals may cause the game to be imbalanced. Therefore, a Dimensions mod like the above one is released. Its purpose is to turn off the making of portals.

When this mod is installed, you cannot make more portals. If you think it is necessary to have this function, then No Nether Portals is the mod for you. It will function in the game with Minecraft Forge installed.

How to install No Nether Portals Mod

• You have already installed Minecraft Forge.
• Locate the Minecraft application folder.
• On windows open Run from the start menu > type %appdata% > click Run.
• On mac open finder, hold down ALT > click Go then Library in the top menu bar.
• Open the folder Application Support > look for Minecraft.
• Place the mod you have just No Nether Portals Mod downloaded (.jar file) into the Mods folder.
• When you launch Minecraft and click the mods button you should now see the No Nether Portals Mod is installed.
