HD Waves for Franklin

Franklin needed some fresh waves, had to give it to em. HD textures with a new face and head model for a straighter hairline.

I made this mod a while ago, usually this is the one I play with and thought I’d share it with you guys due to all the support, I was on vacation and now I’m back making mods, LMK if you want clothes re-textures as-well.

for the easiest install download EMFsp and drop all the files in there
