LB Photo Realism Resource Pack 1.17 / 1.16 View 3,254,775

Due to the fact that Minecraft is a game that looks blocky and cubic naturally, it may come as a shock that it requests CPU and GPU resources rather demandingly for its simple aesthetic. Maybe this is the reason resource packs, similar to the LB Photorealism resource pack are so well known to most of the players. These packs improve the game look a lot, and in doing so, they’re sort of legitimizing the asset hoarding, which Minecraft does when it runs. Concerning this particular pack, it’s been quite a while in the making. Passed on from one game designer to the next; it’s been quite a while since a complete pack has released. The appearance goals for the LB Photo Realism Reload resource pack is 128x in resolution, which correctly adjusts to the Minecraft players’ needs.

It is neither so high that the standard player can not utilize it, nor so low that no obvious distinction can be found in the squares, things, and different surfaces that make up Minecraft. It is around multiple times a more significant number of pixels per cover than you would get with Minecraft’s vanilla 16x goals, so indeed, there is a critical distinction that you will see right away. It’s not merely the square surfaces that get an upgrade here. The UI is unique, and numerous things are likewise changed, including blades, which look like blades in this pack rather than gruff items you slam stuff to death. The water and magma designs are additionally genuinely decent. However, the liveliness for each is not a big deal. By all means, LB Photo Realism is the thing that you would anticipate from a photo realistic resource pack, so don’t be afraid to explore its wonders!

LB Photo Realism should be compatible with all of these Minecraft versions: 1.17.1 1.17 1.16.5 1.16.4 1.16.3 1.16.2 1.16.1 1.16 1.15.2 1.15.1 1.15 1.14.4 1.14.3 1.14.2 1.14 1.13.2 1.13.1 1.13 1.12.2 1.12 1.11.2 1.11 1.10.2 1.10 1.9.4 1.9 1.8.9 1.8.8 1.8.1 1.8.6 1.8 1.7.10 1.7.9 1.7.4 1.7 1.6.4 1.6.2

nice

I finally found it.

update: I realized it took me 8 years to find O_O

This texture pack is hard af

Nice, but let down by two things: the inventory/crafting UI is hard to read, and the font choice is poor.

When I look out of the window the sky is black.

When will the 1.16 update be finished. i only see the 1.16 snapshot.

This is my favorite texture pack ! The graphics are amazing:D

How do u play the world like where can u try out the world??

Hi! love the pack. However in 1.12 the pickaxe and hoe textures are swapped :p Not sure if its only with those two

They are not swapped. When a pickaxe is damaged, it changes textures. So when one side of a pickaxe is completely used, you use the other one. Seems logical =) That’s why the texture is similar to the hoe texture 😉

@admins, please, add 1.12 to the compatibility list. Thank you 😉

It’s out now! 😉

Hmmm… Thanks for the idea! Gonna include it in the next version =) And the 1.12 version is finally out!

1.12 version is out now! 😉

Keep them! It might be confusing for maps or servers that use terracotta blocks…

Seems like 1.11 link is down again :C

Hi,I have a weird problem with this texture pack

Basiclly they are herobrine models everywhere, and they do nothing just stand there I can even go through them It doesn’t happen with other texture packs
My game version is 1.11.2 btw

I have reinstalled the texture pack and it still the same problem

It’s not supposed to do that, it’s supposed to only show herobrine as a grass texture like 1 in a billion blocks.

This resourcepack needs more memory than others, because it has many models in it. Not all computers can run it. I am working on the classic version of it, so the version with much less models, but it will be released after I manage to finish this version for 1.11. For now you can download the classic version for 1.10 and run it on 1.11, but obviously it won’t have all 1.11 features. Just search for “LBPR Classic” on Curse.

I should have mentioned that I had already tried your 1.10 classic and ended up with the same issue. I’ve got 16GB on Win7 64bit. I’ve read a few places about setting the amount of RAM dedicated to Java by adding bits to the command line, but haven’t had time to fiddle with that yet. Some people say increase it, others say decrease it. I’ll adjust that at some point and see if that clears it up. Thanks for your response!

@admin Can you please change the 1.11 link to the latest file download link? Thank you

Thank you for informing us. Link changed.

1.11 Beta (v.1.2) is out!
Changelog:
Nature overhaul!
– Brighter foliage and grass
– Completely new grass and foliage colors
– New reeds model
– Field flowers
– New water textures
– New bed model
– Optifine support!
— Custom light map
— Custom sky
— Custom enchantments overlay
— Custom items textures (depending on amount of items)
— Custom elytra textures (Rename elytra to “Demonic Wings” or “Mechanical Wings”)
— Custom swords textures (Rename sword to “Excalibur”, “Katana” or “Sword of Truth”)
— Random mobs are back!
– New (less laggy) leaves model
– Optimized random models for terrain blocks (grass, stone, dirt etc.)
– [Experimental] New Villager sounds
– and more!

To do:
– 1.11 mobs
– other enchantments overlays
– smooth transition between blocks (optifine)
– more random mobs textures
– more custom sounds (?)

trees are broken on 1.11.2

If you see squares instead of normal leaves models, that’s how fast graphics work in minecraft. I have no influence on it

Question about getting this working properly, sorry for my ignorance on most things Minecraft.

I’m new to this modding thing. Using MC 1.11.2. I currently run Forge, Optifine with Sonic Ether’s Unbelievable Shaders, and a Joypad mod so I can run multiple instances of MC and play with my son using one PC.

With those mods, I run between 20-60 fps, depending on the scene, and it looks gorgeous, even with two instances running.

The textures in your photorealistic pack look amazing, but when I add them, my frame rate drops below 1 fps. Actually, what it does is I’ll get 30fps for about 2 seconds, then the image will hang for 2-3 seconds, then 30fps for 2 seconds, hang for 2-3 seconds, etc. So it works for a few seconds on, then off, then on, then off.

What I’m wondering is if the issue is the 128x resolution (this is currently the only available resolution for 1.11, I see) or if I need to disable something somewhere to make it playable.

Any info would be great!

Ok so I can confirm it’s just the LBPR textures that seem to have this problem. I’ve run Bufy at 128 and CubCon’s without issue. I tried an older 64x LBPR resourcepack, and it’s the same thing: Long lags of 0 fps. I’m bummed. This pack has the best textures of the ones I’ve tried so I really want to get it to work.

the 1.8 1.9 link doesn’t works.. pls fix

Fixed.

@1lots:disqus I am so glad you have made this pack! I have used it for everything
related to Minecraft and now it feels weird playing without it. I am really excited to see what the Vindicators and such are going to look like!

The 1.11 download link won’t work! Please fix!

Thank you for informing.
Link fixed and updated.

Hello there! May I ask if there is an at least 256x version available for 1.10.2?

Any news on when 1.11.2 might be out?

The 1.11 beta version is out. Just go to the Curse page of my pack and open the “Other downloads” sections. There are all new textures except for new mobs. I’m working on the mobs in the moment, when I get free time between studying for exams =)

Great pack i love it. Thanks goes out to 1LotS for developing this pack. Just wish nest update hopefully you can fix the Herobine Grass glitch, I don’t know what that is post be.

1.11 work?

1.10 version is out!

How can i download the 512x ? can only click the links for up to 256x

the big red “Download Now” button doesnt seem to work

There is no 512x version of this resource pack at this moment.

That’s not a button.????

Hi! Absolutely loving the texture pack, but there is one downside to it. A character in the form of Herobrine keeps spawning everywhere, several places at once. It also disappears out of nowhere. However, it is not possible to remove this character yourself. What’s up with that? This is sort of freaking me out, help!

im clicking the download now button, it wont work?

Please, use download links which are located below the red download button.

Hi 1LotS, I really love this texture pack. Have used it since I started playing back in 1.23.. I just cannot use any other.. Its the best and I appreciate all the amazing work people have done to keep it going. Hope to see it updated to 1.11 soon but I understand it takes time and that people have real lives and jobs etc. If you need help I.E. beta testing let me know – I would love to help! 🙂

1LotS (or who ever you are) heellloooooo minecraft 1.10 is ooooouut!!!
