Download Lip Movement 2.0 – Screenshots and Description:
Installation
Place LipMovement.dll and LipMovement.ini into your scripts folder. You will need Script Hook V and .NET Script Hook.
Controls
J Press and hold to speak.
The control can be edited via the .ini file.
About
This mod is aimed towards directors so they can input their own voice in editing. It uses the GTA Online feature where you talk into your mic, it does the speak animation.
