This mod called “Loading Screen Characters Purge v1.0” aims to clean up repetitive loading screen pictures of game characters and replace them with well-drawn background images. It does not introduce any new gameplay features or functions, but is purely a visual mod to enhance the loading screens. The mod replaces flat images shown when loading in online mode with tilted offline/single player images and removes character loading screen overlays. All credits for the game art go to Rockstar Games. The mod file size is 26 MB.

This mod shuffles around some loading screen textures in order to clean the loading screens from repetitive pictures of game characters and show more of these well-drawn background images.
No gameplay features, no new functions – the mod is purely to satisfy your visual preferences and add a tad of novelty to the loading screens. Feel free to use it if your religion or girlfriend forbid the beach girl, as there’s no old beach anymore!
Changes:
– Flat images that are shown when loading in online mode are replaced with stylishly tilted offline/SP images, some of those were barely ever shown for me before.
– Character loading screen overlays are removed.
