1. Copy & Paste rxf7 folder to : Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacks

2. Open OpenIV, extract
Grand Theft Auto Vupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml
open it, add new line
<item>dlcpacks:rxf7</item>
Save and use OpenIV to replace the original.

You can spawn the car using Simple Trainer by name "RXF7"
