1:Copy the “brabuse63” folder to (update/x64/dlcpacks)
2:Use OpenIV extract
X:Grand Theft Auto Vupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml
then use notepad open it, add a new line
dlcpacks:brabuse63
Save it and use OpenIV to replace it.
You can use Simple Trainer Spawn it by name “brabuse63”
