How To Install 

1. Download the file
2. Extract via WinRAR
3. Open “1. Model” and drag and drop files into Open IV (newest patchday – 19 at time of release)
4. Open “2. ELS” and drag contents into GTA V Directory/ELS/Pack_default (You NEED to have ELS installed)
5. Launch GTA V and Spawn “POLICET”
