  • Download OpenIV and also download the mod from any reliable website.
  • Through OpenIV, access the directory of GTA V and open update folder. 
  • You need to back up the file in case something goes wrong with the installation so, you don’t lose the original file. 
  • Open the update.rpf and browse to the data folder.
  • You need to enter edit mode to install the desired mod.
  • From there export Handling.meta and there you need to put the handling line import all the way back to the beginning.
