This looks easy, I might try to do it
Me after seeing ReN’s request asking for “matching modelname to desired default radiostation”.

This was requested by ReN on the 5mods server and I though, this is not a bad idea.

The allows you to set default radios on any vehicle that you want, with support for custom audio files via NAudio.

Check this page to know how to configure everything.

Prerequisites
– GTA V 1.0.231.0 (After Hours) or higher (required)
– ScriptHookV 1.0.1493.0 or higher (required)
– ScriptHookVDotNet 2.10.6 or higher (required)

Install
– Put everything that is on the 7z file in your scripts folder
