Quick update #2: removed one step from instructions, the one to edit the extratitleupdatedata.meta, it is unnecessary.

Fixed engine sound and radio issue.

I turned the Police Raptor Lifted Towtruck by paul_mckuhen into an add-on.

There are 2 versions, one with the big towtruck’s normal handling and one with Brawler handling (more realistic I think, and much faster).
