The Range Rover Velar: A British compact luxury crossover SUV produced by automotive company Jaguar Land Rover under their Land Rover marque. The fourth model in the Range Rover line, the Velar was unveiled on 1 March 2017 in London, England. The Velar was released in the summer of 2017. The name Velar had previously been used for a series of pre-production first-generation Range Rovers in 1969.

X: Grand Theft Auto V update x64 dlcpacks
2: Export with OpenIV
X: Grand Theft Auto V update update. rpf common data dlclist. XML file
Then open it in Notepad and add the following line
dlcpacks:18VelarItem>
Save and replace.
Use the name-based brush modifier to brush the car, enter: 18 Velar
