Place config els: vlddsis.xml in Grand Theft Auto 5 ELS pack_default
Place the vlddsis folder in Grand Theft Auto 5 mods update x64 dlcpacks
Edit the dlclist.xml file in Grand Theft Auto 5 mods update update.rpf common data and add this line at the end of dlcpacks: / vlddsis / and save
