Singleplayer KERS 1.5

The first picture lists all the default cars that will use KERS.

Update 1.5
Per request by Skelepap, added a filter for manually adding or removing car models that use KERS.
Edit KERSconfig.xml to modify the filter, takes vehicle model names.

Features

Ported the Vindicator & Lectro KERS ability to all cars.
All vehicles listed in KERSconfig.xml benefit from it.
When braking, the KERS will charge. You can then press the Horn briefly to release it and benefit from a speed boost. The higher the charge, the longer the boost.
Bikes and Addon vehicles are supported.
