Install

1- Copy and paste the ‘update’ folder into your main GTA V install directory (where GTA5.exe is).

2- Open update/update.rpf in OpenIV. Navigate to common/data/ and extract dlclist.xml – extratitleupdatedata.meta

3- Open dlclist.xml, add new line;

dlcpacks:specialtf

Save it and use OpenIV replace it

4- Open extratitleupdatedata.meta, add new line

dlc_specialtf:/
update:/dlc_patch/specialtf/

Save it and use OpenIV replace it.

5- gameconfig.xml: updateupdate.rpfcommondata

In Game Spawn

1- Open trainer and car spawner menu. Find “spawn by name” function.

2- Write “specialtf” and enter.

3- Have Fun!
