Just drag the foolder c63lb Folder into GTA V/update/x64/dlcpacks

Go to GTA V/update/update.rpf/common/data

Paste this line into the dlclist.xml

dlcpacks:c63lb

Put the dlclist.xml back and you’re done !

Spawn it with 63lb
